Family First
JayCo Heat & Air is a locally owned and family operated HVAC company serving Tulsa and the surrounding communities. The company is led by owner and licensed HVAC contractor Seth Jacobsen, who brings over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial heating and air conditioning.
For Seth, HVAC isn’t just a job, it’s a passion. He enjoys solving problems and helping families and businesses stay comfortable year round. That dedication is reflected in the way JayCo approaches every project, with attention to detail, quality workmanship, and pride in doing the job right.
JayCo is truly a family business. Seth’s wife J'Anna Jacobsen manages the accounting and bookkeeping side of the company, helping keep operations running smoothly while Seth leads the service and installation team.
The Jacobsen family has four children and stays very active in their lives, from school activities to sporting events. Two of their children are currently in college, including one who plays college football. Supporting their kids and being involved in their community is a big part of who they are. The family also volunteers locally and stays involved in their children’s schools.
JayCo was built with a family first mentality and a simple goal: build a company their children can be proud of while serving the Tulsa community with honesty, integrity, and dependable service.
