$150 per hour (1-hour minimum) plus parts - Diagnosing & Repairing
The good news? Most repairs can be handled in that first hour, so you’re typically at $150 plus parts and back up and running quickly.

We recommend servicing your HVAC system twice a year—once in the spring for your AC and once in the fall for your heating system.

$99 Diagnostic Fee
This option is for troubleshooting only. We’ll come out, inspect your system, and identify the issue, then walk you through your options.

$150 Per Hour (1-Hour Minimum)
This option covers diagnosing and repairing your system in the same visit. In most cases, we’re able to fix the issue within the first hour, so you’re typically looking at $150 plus parts.

What’s the Difference?
The $99 option is for identifying the problem, while the $150 hourly option is for getting it fixed right away. If you’re ready to move forward with repairs, the hourly option is usually the fastest and most efficient choice.
